Coast was tasked with renovating the reception hall of Mark Clark Hall on The Citadel Campus into a Starbucks. Built in the 1950s, Mark Clark Hall is a concrete structure that has been altered minimally from its original state. Coast has worked closely with The Citadel and Starbucks to help remodel this space and bring the area in the scope of work up to code. Luke measured the existing space, developed plans through construction documents, and has since completed construction administration on the project. The scope of work encompasses 2,958 sq. ft. of the existing building with a total contract amount of $524,041.00. Construction was completed in 2019.
