As part of our IDQ contract with The Citadel, COAST designed the interior renovations of Suite 300 in Bond Hall to house the college’s IT Help Desk. The renovation of the former 2,000 sq. ft. computer room and office space included creating a new IT Repair Lab, IT Call Center, Offices, and IT Help Desk to serve the student body and faculty. The work included demolition of old computer flooring, and mechanical systems, new lighting, new finishes, and a custom designed help desk with integral power and data incorporated into the design. The project was completed for a total cost of $263,593.00.
