This project includes the renovation of an approximately 9,000 sq. ft. residential home into a women’s rehabilitation clinic. The home was constructed in the early 1990s and presented many code challenges. The renovations included complete interior and exterior renovation, the addition of an external elevator shaft, and a reconfiguration of the interior space to include enough sleeping units to meet the client’s needs. This project also required SCDHEC approval.
