The College of Charleston 329 King Street Storefront Refresh involves the replacement of the existing storefront under the Sottile Sign as part of a current IDQ Coast has with the College. The goal of this project is not only to improve the appearance of the entrance, but enhance building security and ADA accessibility. Completed in the Summer of 2025, this project was completed within budget at $63,500. Luke acted as architect and project manager for this project carrying it through schematics, BAR approvals, and construction administration.
