Berkeley Medical Complex is a new 3-story, 24,000 sq. ft. building comprised of medical offices. The building was designed to house a family practice, a cardiology practice, and a physical therapy practice. It is part of a larger tract of land with two existing buildings that contain office space and provide other services. These existing buildings were given an exterior upgrade to enhance their aesthetic appeal and the visual cohesion of the campus.
