The renovation – located on a corner lot in the Historic District of Charleston, SC – includes exterior modifications, the shell upfit of the ground floor for a future retail tenant, and the conversion of the upper floor into a residential unit. The total renovation cost is anticipated to be around $800,000. Special attention will be given to the Secretary of the Interior’s standards for the treatment of Historic Properties with the intent of submitting for a Carolopolis Award upon project completion.
