This project involved a 300,000 sq. ft. shopping center built in the 1960s that Coast was hired to renovate incrementally into separate tenant spaces. So far, approximately 22,280 sq. ft. has been subdivided into exterior facing tenant spaces with new openings and facades. New tenant spaces range from restaurants to retail and business tenants, providing challenges of bringing existing spaces up to code and working with the constraints of existing conditions.
