The project involves an upfit design of a new science lab and offices for the CSU Science Building. The first floor would be approximately 6,240 sq. ft. of up-fit for Cell Genetics classroom and prep lab and the entire second floor of approximately 13,104 sq. ft for their aeronautics program.
